I’m a neurodivergent-affirming therapist who works from a laid-back, compassionate, and real-world perspective. I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD or autism-related concerns, as well as anyone navigating masking, burnout, sensory overwhelm, or feeling “different” in ways that haven’t always been understood or validated.
I have experience in both mental health and addiction treatment, and I’m LGBTQ+ affirming to the core. My goal is to create a space where you can unmask, take a breath, and explore what actually works for your brain—without judgment or pressure.
