I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Wellness Life Coach from Southeast Los Angeles. I am Salvadorian, my parents immigrated to the US. I am a first-generation college graduate. As a wellness practitioner, I am passionate about creating collective healing by promoting individual well-being. My dedication is to lead communities and guide individuals towards wellness and self-care practices.

My treatment approach is strength-based, community-oriented, with a trauma-aware lens and holistic perspective. I integrate modalities that heal and strengthen the mind, body, and spirit.
