About me

Greetings! My name is Edith and have been working in the mental health field for over 6 years. The foundation of my therapy approach begins with compassion, empathy, dignity and respect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, dialectical behavioral and solution focus therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I can also include a spiritual base approach that includes many techniques such as, visualization, meditation, shadow work, and healing energy work.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, gender identity, physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I do not work with individuals who struggle with any form of personality disorders or self-harm behaviors (SIB).

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Edith is very helpful and hands on. Her advise is always practical and makes my life much easier. She challenges me when I need it and just listens when I want to rant. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Edith is a wonderful therapist! Her free spirit approach to therapy has put me at ease and helps me open up about my feelings. I reccomend her to anyone who does not want a "stuffy" therapist.

I worked with Edith for a few months and the progress and confidence I've gained from her has been astounding. She is great for someone like me who was new to therapy due to her approachable and friendly character. She gave some really helpful strategies for my mental health and our sessions just felt like two friends catching up. Finding times for sessions was easy even with the international time difference.
I will always remember her as a person who was there during my worst and helped pull me out. I owe her a lot!!! :) :) <3
