About me

I believe for a person to thrive one MUST first be willing to examine themselves and be courageous enough to take the necessary steps to heal.
Motivated by the desire to help and have a positive impact on others in the community, a career in therapy is fitting and intrinsically rewarding for me. As a therapist I aim to help adults ages 23 and older who struggle with mental health, trauma, addiction, or various life challenges.
Every session we develop a genuine and therapeutic relationship that combines a person centered approach with mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and various trauma techniques. Whether you require professional and clinical expertise, need to work through a difficult time in your life, or want to process through strong emotions, I'm here to help.
