he's da man, so easy to talk to and offers real solutions to problems in a way that's been so so helpful to me already after just a scant few sessions

I started therapy with Edward Mcguinness two months ago at one of the lowest points in my life. I was unable to perform even the simplest daily tasks — I couldn’t get out of bed, clean my home, or go to work. I had left my job and was overwhelmed by sadness and hopelessness. That’s when I decided to seek help.

From the very beginning, Edward guided me step by step, starting with the smallest wins — like improving my diet, tidying my space, and pushing myself to simply leave the bed. Gradually, I began going back to the gym, attending dance classes, and rebuilding my routine. What started as one class a week turned into seven or even nine sessions, including contemporary dance, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and gym workouts. This not only improved my physical health but also helped restore my confidence.

With time, I slowly returned to work life — not by going back to a job, but by launching my own small business, something I now have big dreams and a strong vision for.

What truly made the difference is Edward’s unwavering support. He’s been there for me almost 24/7, even during late-night panic attacks. I live alone, and knowing I could reach out and get a calming technique or words of reassurance meant the world to me.

He’s incredibly empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave me powerful tools — worksheets, mindset shifts, and emotional techniques. He taught me how to set boundaries, say no, focus on the positive, and at the same time, acknowledge and work through the negative. I’m slowly becoming myself again — only stronger, more focused, and more inspired than ever before.

I continue to share my daily routine with him, and together we plan ahead. This has been a truly life-changing experience. I highly recommend working with Edward. I genuinely feel like a new person, and I know there’s even more growth ahead.

Easy to talk to. I like that Edward often asks the hard questions that make me think about things from a different perspective.

Edward is there for me, even in between sessions he is quick in responding to my needs or checking in. I feel comfortable during the sessions to be who I am and to speak my mind. I appreciate him and would definitely aks for him again. I feel safe with Edward.
