Over a decade of experience in behavioral health, specializing in clinical oversight, program coordination, and trauma-informed care. My career path includes serving as a Southern Regional Clinical Director, where I was responsible for training staff, crisis intervention, and ensuring compliance across multiple regions. I have a diverse background that spans clinical therapy, administrative leadership, and direct oversight of department staff. In roles such as Clinical Program Director and Behavioral Health Clinician, I have provided comprehensive care to a wide range of clients, including victims of trauma, individuals with behavioral challenges, and incarcerated populations, and couples counseling. My responsibilities have included everything from clinical supervision and program development to case management and crisis intervention.
