Elisha is a person who not only listens, but asks good questions. That is very good and important since you have to think about your problems in a different way and therefor are able to see it from new perspectives. She is also very welcoming and understanding. Her humor is also a big plus :)))

Elisha is fantastic - she takes the time to understand my issues, and supports me with all of the changes I am making. She makes sure that I notice the growth and progress I have made, not letting me diminish the work I have done, which really supports my self esteem. She has helped me so much over the months I have been talking to her and I would definitely recommend her.

A spectacular, kind and patient therapist, ready to listen and well educated. It's hard to imagine a therapist doing their job better than Elisha does it.

I have been through a tremendous amount of stress throughout last year. I have had therapy before and felt it helped a lot.
Elisha is simply the right therapist at the right time for me.
There is an openness and kindness which is essential to feel at ease to discuss anything and everything.
I honestly feel the most positive I have felt during time in therapy, I feel seen and heard whilst having Elisha’s experience and guidance throughout my sessions.
