Ms. Adams has been an absolute life saver, even though we are in early stages of therapy she has shown me I'm not alone and that I do have support. I appreciate her so muchand am extremely excited to see where here perspectives and lessons lead me.

I have felt confident and comfortable with working with Eliza. I felt she was a good match because she truly cares, she truly listens, she’s smart and intuitive, I feel seen and heard. She’s given excellent counsel and feedback. I don’t like when people tickle my ear and I don’t like when people are harsh and judgmental. Eliza has been able to gently but expertly call me out when I’ve been standing in a blind spot of my own, which has been very helpful. I am thoroughly enjoying working with Eliza and grateful to have found such a wonderful and gifted therapist on this therapy platform.

I've been Eliza's client for several months and I've had nothing but positive experiences. She allows me to speak freely and I truly feel no judgement. She has shown me ways to cope while healing and simultaneously going through something difficult. She has also taught me to think about things in a way I never have before. I'm continuing to learn so much from her, and I truly look forward to our sessions each week. My only complaint is that sessions aren't longer.
