Eliza has helped me immensely! She listens and offers great advice. She has given me tools to use on the daily. Eliza always makes me feel comfortable no matter how weird I'm feeling. I think she's a great therapist and I highly recommend her.

I've been seeing Eliza for under a year, and she has been an incredible source of support. She is kind, patient, and a truly attentive listener. She helped me understand the "iceberg effects" of anxiety and navigating the challenges of being the primary care giver for a patent with early-onset dementia.
Though her guidance , I've learned to set healthier boundaries, stay active, meditate more, and pay attention to what genuinely fills my cup. With a demanding job and alot on my plate, her insight has helped me slow down, care for myself, and find more joy in my everyday life.
I'm deeply grateful for her compassion and wisdom, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a thoughtful grounded therapist.
