We are just resuming after a break of a few months -- which I asked for. Today's session was very good. Elizabeth listened to my recap of the events of the past while, and offered some excellent suggestions that zeroed in on something important for me to keep in mind going forward.

Elizabeth is an excellent therapist and I've had many. She listens to me, more importantly she hears me when I feel like no one else does. She understands my situation with treatment resistant depression and how difficult it is to get good care in terms of medication treatments for it. It is an always ongoing struggle for me and Elizabeth helps me navigate living with TRD.
