About me

Hi, I am Elizabeth Conerly Smith, PhD, LPC. In 2014, I earned a PhD in Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, and in 2000, I earned a MA in Christian Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oral Roberts University.

My goal is to empower my clients to find healing everywhere they hurt to achieve a peaceful, joy-filled, and balanced life. Over the course of these 20 years , I have provided mental health and behavioral health with children and adults in individual, couple, and family sessions. I have worked in various settings: residential, partial hospitalizations, group facilities, intensive outpatient, military installations, and Christian counseling programs. My extensive background enables me the ability to relate to and help adults & children. I offer comprehensive counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

As a result of my Soul C.A.R.E. (Comprehensive Counseling Approaches Restores Entirely) concept, my clients are able to learn coping skills to manage stress, eliminate depression & anxiety, heal from trauma and abuse, and find mental and emotional peace. Families come together and couples learn ways to survive and thrive in their relationships.

It is my job to help you find peace, hope, and healing in every are of your life. I will walk you through your hard times. We are in this together.
