Elizabeth is saving me from myself. She is direct and real. She cares and it is evident. She is super knowledgeable on most topics and has experience to back it up. She is a true expert but also makes you feel like family. She will not pull punches so if you are looking for someone that will tell you what you want to hear instead of the truth ,she is not for you. She will help you and she takes your crumbling world as serious as if you were her family and she needs to save you. She is my guardian angel.

I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth. She is truly amazing at what she does. From the very first session, I felt heard, supported, and understood in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Her compassion, insight, and ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space has made such a positive difference in my life.

She not only listens deeply but also provide thoughtful guidance and tools that I can actually apply outside of sessions. I’ve grown so much with her support, and I genuinely look forward to every appointment.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is skilled, kind, and truly invested in helping you, I can’t recommend Elizabeth enough.
