My practice hours vary on Mondays, Tuesdays, andThursdays. I generally respond to messages once or twice daily. You can book a live video session with me. Elizabeth is a great listener. She helped me during a transitional period in my life. She helped me look back and walk through at my past and relationships, giving me helpful exercises to get to understand myself better.
