Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Elizabeth Fraser. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Betsy is wonderful. She is always quick to respond when I reach out. She does a good job of making me feel comfortable with and supported. She has a huge repertoire of resources to share with me as additional therapy.
Elizabeth Fraser is an excellent therapist who uses humor, empathy and her extensive knowledge and techniques to help her clients achieve positive results.
I look forward to my sessions because Elizabeth listens and reframed my concerns in a genuine and supportive way. We have only been working together for a short time but I appreciate have such a competent ally in my mental health journey.
She really nice and helpful. I’m feel good after talked to her.
Elizabeth listened to me very well and gave me many practice ways to deal with my challenges. She was always available when I was going through a very tough phase. I’m very very thankful for her and BetterHelp!
The few sessions I have had with Betsy were supportive and encouraging. She made me feel very comfortable communicating online (new to me!) and I felt that I could easily share with her. She provided a safe and open space for me to fully share the challenges I am working on. I genuinely appreciated her observant, non-judgemental nature.
I have only been working with her for a short while, and I don't do a great job with making time but I know if I get stuck she is right there. It's comforting. My spouse just had a scary swing, and his traditional therapist wasn't available for more than 24 hours. I appreciate the feeling of safety and priority. He's switching his provider!
