About me

My name is Elizabeth, a qualified relational/integrative therapist, experienced in delivering face to face and online therapy to young people and adults. I have had the great privilege to work alongside many clients seeking help with, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger, low self-esteem, adhd and bereavement. In addition, I have worked with survivors of physical, sexual and emotional abuse, as well as those who have been in narcissistic relationship. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from creative person-centred and psycho-dynamic approaches that may take you back to early experiences and inner child work. There are times in life when challenges and problems may begin to take control over our lives, leaving us stuck, confused and in crisis. Therefore, therapy can help in exploring and understanding the issues making that are making life difficult for you at any point in your life by supporting you to build understanding, to yourself, others and the world around you. The experience of counseling is unique to each individual, and that is why as an integrative therapist have a range of approaches and tools. This is because, through psychological relationship, it is possible to heal and restore bad experiences in order to build the life you desire.

She is really helpful. She's by my side every step of my journey. I can write any time and i don't feel that she just writes back something cliché. She really listens and understands.

I have not been the easiest person to help as I have found it extremely difficult even to start talking because of how nervous I was about my personal issues. But they have been extremely patient with me and have listened and been able to help identify not only what is upsetting me but also to help me explore my reasons and my post trauma behind my issues. I don’t enjoy it but I feel like I am starting to deal with things I thought were impossible before
