About me

My name is Elizabeth, a qualified relational/integrative therapist, experienced in delivering face to face and online therapy to young people and adults. I have had the great privilege to work alongside many clients seeking help with, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger, low self-esteem, adhd and bereavement. In addition, I have worked with survivors of physical, sexual and emotional abuse, as well as those who have been in narcissistic relationship. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from creative person-centred and psycho-dynamic approaches that may take you back to early experiences and inner child work. There are times in life when challenges and problems may begin to take control over our lives, leaving us stuck, confused and in crisis. Therefore, therapy can help in exploring and understanding the issues making that are making life difficult for you at any point in your life by supporting you to build understanding, to yourself, others and the world around you. The experience of counseling is unique to each individual, and that is why as an integrative therapist have a range of approaches and tools. This is because, through psychological relationship, it is possible to heal and restore bad experiences in order to build the life you desire.

I did change therapists until I found the right fit for me. We are all humans and so are therapists. We could gel well with those we get along well with. Elizabeth listens well, every session I really do feel listened to and she gives me her undivided attention. She also makes me see life from different perspectives that I may have been blind to see. She also relates psychotherapy and helps me heal my childhood trauma. She’s the best therapist!!
