Elizabeth Guest, LCSW
About me
We each come to therapy searching for things like change, understanding, acceptance, and relief from whatever might be bothering us. During our initial sessions you can expect me to take time to get to know you, and provide feedback that you can apply to yourself and others in everyday interactions. We will also look at thoughts, feelings, and reactions that arise in therapy in order to work on things directly in the present moment. Whether you are looking for extra support for a challenging situation, or you simply want to change directions in your life, I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you better.
