I just started with her a month ago! She’s great! She listens and understands and is extremely empathetic. She’s helping me get through a difficult time in my life right now. I can’t thank her enough.

Elizabeth is very kind and very good at listening. She comes up with ways to help me with my specific problems and that is very nice as they seem personal and not just generalized coping mechanisms I could read about anywhere.

I really appreciate Elizabeth's way of taking my gibberish and explaining to me exactly where my head needs to be. I've been struggling with my work life and I can use the chat to rant and she gives me props for doing my best and gives me extra ideas to move forward

She’s been an absolute godsend, one of the best decisions I ever made was following through with that first appointment
