Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been providing individual and group counseling for women since 2007. She has diagnostic and treatment experience for a range of issues including peri-pardum care, depression, anxiety, domestic/interpersonal violence recovery, sexual assault recovery, and first-episode psychosis.
Over years of practice, the importance of community, forgiveness, and empowerment have proven to facilitate resilience and recovery.
Using eclectic, psychodynamic, solution- focused, cognitive behavioral (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), Elizabeth collaborates with Consumers to build a personalized treatment plan.
