Elizabeth Ogea, LPC
About me
I am an LPC with 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy helping clients to thrive and live their best life. I believe with therapy, clients are able to develop the tools and various skills needed to find their full potential, to be the best version of their self, and no longer have to suffer from their past experiences. We all experience hardships and obstacles in life, but we also have a choice to not let them weigh us down! I am experienced in and passionate for helping clients defeat codependency, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, and many other areas. I would love the opportunity to work with you and help you find your inner strength and heightened sense of self.

I have only been seeing Ms. Ogea for a few weeks now. In that time, I can honestly say she has helped me more than other in person counseling I have had prior. She has been instrumental in helping me recognize things in myself that I had previously ignored or things that have gone unnoticed. I will definitely continue my sessions with her.

Elizabeth listens well and provides valuable feedback. She is friendly and easy to talk to and at the same time will deliver the truth which is not always easy, but that is what a good therapist does!

This woman is GODSENT she has helped me so much with so many different things. I don’t have alot of time to sit down and do sessions but we will text back and forth like a friend that is available whenever i need her. Some times it will take a while for her to reply but whenever she does, i have her full attention and she usually writes me a long dissection of what I’ve told her and how to fix the issues. She’s wonderful, very understanding and kind. She’s changed my life so much just in casual texts
