Elizabeth is always attentive and listens and always asks the questions I don’t want to ask myself and she makes me come up with an answer. It’s been really helpful just applying that to my life in general. Making myself follow through. Learning and practicing that skill has been great for me. And helping me find solutions to small problems that I hadn’t considered even trying to eliminate.

Therapy with Elizabeth finally feels like what I always imagined therapy to be. Someone who helps me identify my issues, questions my thoughts and actions, offers new perspectives, is honest but kind, and not just someone who nods when I tell them what i think the problem is and agrees with everything i say. My only issue with her is that I wish I’d met her sooner!
