Elizabeth Racicot, LCSW
About me
As a licensed therapist in Arizona, I bring over two decades of compassionate mental health experience to supporting individuals navigating life's complex emotional landscapes. My professional approach centers on helping clients address challenges like depression, anxiety, social isolation, and life transitions with empathy and practical strategies.
My practice is particularly attuned to adolescents and young adults and those seeking a thoughtful, measured approach to therapy. I focus on helping clients build self-esteem, manage stress, and move through periods of significant personal change with dignity and hope. Through collaborative, personalized support, I aim to help each individual find meaningful pathways toward emotional wellness and personal growth.
I am a mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend and book dragon outside of my role as therapist. I love spending time with my family and our 2 dogs and cat. We are active in our mainline Christian Church, Girl Scouts, and camp a lot during the summers. I love Christmas and all that comes with it, the decorating, baking, gifting, and family connections. I am a crafter and I love to create art of all kinds. My focus while wearing my therapist hat is your well being. However that translates for you.
