So very kind, patient and professional. She follows up each week with me and sends encouraging and challenging messages and information. She asks me questions that get to the heart of the issues and uses scripture to tell me truth and encourage me .

Elizabeth has been fantastic with helping through my journey with CPTSD. Little by little, I’m able to join the world again and I’m having a great time learning how to do that. I don’t know if I will ever be able to speak all that I’ve seen and that’s happened to me, but I do know that those things were just a part of the story; I’m completely safe and free to write the rest of the story from here. Elizabeth helped me to remember that and I’m so grateful that she did.
Wish her success and all the best alwaysz
