Elizabeth makes you feel heard in a way where you feel both emotionally and physically safe. That is to say that I never feel as though I need to have any guards up- I can just be open and honest. She’s gives me more than just tools to help me too, she explains why they work psychologically and that helps my brain to comprehend the exercise or thought experiment. She’s also honest about everything I need to see in myself in order to move on and heal, even if it’s something that may be difficult to think through. I can’t recommend her enough!
