I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Dominican University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment to life changes and transitions within family and social systems.
Experience has taught me that not one counseling modality or treatment is the best for everyone. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral, humanist as well as narrative counseling and mindfulness based understanding in order to best meet my clients where they are emotionally.
