Elizabeth Syder, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Florida with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and am trained on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I believe each person should be treated as an individual and together we can create a safe space that promotes self-growth and inner peace. We are not our thoughts or our past; we are not able to change what happened to us in the past, but we are in control in the present moment.
