I’ve seen many therapists, but Elizabeth stands out as the best by far. She creates an atmosphere that’s warm, welcoming, and completely free of judgment. Every session feels meaningful. She guides you toward your own understanding while offering valuable insight and support. Elizabeth has had an incredibly positive impact on my life, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to grow or better themselves. 10/10!

with the few sessions I have had with Elizabeth I have been very pleased. I feel listened to and understood, after each session I feel a weight lifted off of myself. She helps me find ways to handle my stress and anxiety with everyday life. This is my first time attempting therapy of any kind and so far so good.
