About Me

It is normal and okay for things to fall apart in life, and for people to change, including ourselves. I always feel it is a beautiful thing when people assess what is going on in their lives or in themselves, and take the first step towards help to come through stronger. My goal is to work with you to co-create a safe, authentic space where you feel supported to untangle the issues holding you back, and to start building the story you want moving forward. My professional approach is targeted, strategic, and specific to you. We clear through the mess, identify the true issues, and systematically address them. Then, we crush your goals. I provide short-term solution-focused care on BetterHelp.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor under the Ohio Social Work Board. I have serviced patients in all different settings, including but not limited to private practice, community mental health, church-based practices, rural practices, school-based services, the correctional system, nonprofit advocacy organizations, and hospital systems. I have expertise in trauma, dissociation and grief; I have been working with EMDR and evidence-based trauma therapies as long as I have been providing clinical care. I’ve been practicing since 2015. I am interested in helping people heal wholly. Wherever you are in your healing journey, there is no better day than today to get started.

An important note: I strictly do not provide medical-grade, healthcare therapy on BetterHelp. I provide short-term, solution-focused, action-oriented care. This may include psychoeducation, evidence-based scientific interventions to help propel you towards your goals, advocacy in some cases, and triaging resources in other cases.

I just completed my 7th session with Ellice Park. She is the perfect fit for me. We communicate well. I trust her. I'm confident in her choices for my treatment and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made, with her help.

Ellice is a great at what she do! Highly recommended

Written by J.O. on Jan 31, 2022 after therapy with Ellice for 1 week on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, intimacy-related issues, sleeping disorders, self esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, coaching, and adhd

Extremely professional, obviously intelligent, and driven to create an actionable plan for her clients. Other therapists may take a long term approach: Ellice wants to help her clients learn to achieve their goals themselves. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to learn to foster their own growth.
Sessions are every other week, 30 mins a session.
