If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to work it out by yourself. I support people who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, motivation, anger, or feeling lost or unsure of themselves. Our work together is a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what’s going on for you, and begin to feel more grounded and confident again.

I’m a qualified Person-Centred Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist based in the United Kingdom, with over 5 years of professional experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges. I have particular experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, motivation, confidence, depression, anger, and LGBTQ+ related issues.

Elliot created an atmosphere I was comfortable opening up in. He was very respectful and not judgemental. He helped me to work through the immediate crisis I was in. I feel very heard and supported and in particular this is the first time I’ve really felt comfortable discussing some aspects of being LGBT with a therapist. I didn’t feel like there’s anything I couldn’t say which was a relief.
