Emily has been my rock. I don't know how I would have survived this past year without her.

Emily is really great! She listens to me and provides me really great ways to help with my depression and anxiety. She got me to attend my early morning classes and that is a big deal for me. She’s a great therapist and I’m so lucky to have her. I was really scared with using an online therapy but it’s really helped being able to pick an appointment that works for my busy schedule and she’s really good about making sure I’m doing good. Outside of our appointments she messages me to check in on me.

Emily is the best! She's insightful and helpful, and makes it feel like you're talking to a close friend instead of a therapist.

Emily is amazing. She not only will validate what I am feeling, but she will make sure that I know the things that I need to change or address myself. She also has a sense of humor and that helps make the entire experience a little better, especially after dealing with some heavier content. 10/10 for sure.

Dr.Adler has helped me so much in the short time we have been communicating. Even when I fell off the face of the earth for a bit, she would check in and offer soft encouragement to return to therapy and it helps IMMENSELY! Truly incredible therapist that I am so so grateful for.
