Emily's advice and questions have really helped, even in just the few sessions I have had so far. I cannot wait to delve deeper into this journey with her as my guide. I have noticed significant changes in myself and in my relationships already.

Emily is really great! She listens to me and provides me really great ways to help with my depression and anxiety. She got me to attend my early morning classes and that is a big deal for me. She’s a great therapist and I’m so lucky to have her. I was really scared with using an online therapy but it’s really helped being able to pick an appointment that works for my busy schedule and she’s really good about making sure I’m doing good. Outside of our appointments she messages me to check in on me.
