Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Emily Cuadra. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Emily is the best! She is very respectful and knowledgable. She is a great objective third party to hear my problems and respond. Most importantly, she has help me gain perspective on the motivation of other people in my life. It has made it easier to understand and connect with people. I highly recommend her!

I am so happy with Emily as my therapist. She’s very easy to talk to and get to along with. She challenges me to think differently and gives me more help and information when I need it. She’s very quick to respond and I can tell she wants to see me achieve my goals. It’s been easier to do hard things since I’ve started talking with her.

I just love that I can reach out any time and get a message back usually within 5-10 minutes! And Emily always works around my busy schedule to find a good time for me to do a video call.

Talking to Emily feels like I’m talking to a friend, not a therapist. During our sessions, I feel comfortable and open with her, even when my trauma can make me feel otherwise. Emily is great about keeping open lines of communication and responding in a timely manner. Emily also makes me feel like she is there for me because she cares not just because I’m seeking the service. I highly recommend her to anyone needing therapy.
