I really appreciate how Dr. Eckstein listens, responds, and provides me to areas to work on outside our sessions. I've only done 2 session so far, but am looking forward to the next and what we might work on moving forward.

Dr. E gives me space to share my thoughts and is very supportive of my goals and ideas to reach them. She’s present during sessions and I don’t feel rushed during the allotted time. She helps me focus in on what my wants and needs are. I mainly came to BetterHelp because I started on a self improvement journey to feel better mentally and physically. With that starting to show some success , I wanted a discreet and unbiased way to sort out what was frustrating me in my core relationships and advocating for myself . She’s a great sounding board and support person. I’m very happy I didn’t wait the 2 months to speak with someone I was given by my insurance company.

Dr. Eckstein has been very considerate and patient in helping my navigate my gender identity and consider the next steps in my process. I am feeling much more confident about myself and choices as a result of our conversations.
