I licensed clinical psychologist working in healthcare. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also work with people who are struggling to cope with stress, have sleep problems, or want to make positive changes to their health.
My counseling style is thoughtful and directive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I want my clients to have a take away goal after each session. My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral, but I believe in tailoring treatment plans and conversation to meet your specific needs and goals. I want you to come away from sessions with things to think about, goals to accomplish, and feeling positive.

Dr Gale is a psych ninja. Her ability to quickly assess complex situations and find a path through is uncanny. Dr. Gale has a natural understanding of the push and pull of psychology. Dr. Gale is grossly underpaid and under recognized.
She is very experienced and open and honest. She doesn’t just listen and tell me what I wanna hear, she responds to what I say and gives advice when I need it. She is very receptive and is flexible with my schedule. I’m enjoying it very much!!
Dr. Gale is an excellent therapist. At times I felt goals either weren’t set or vague and could be inflexible. But overall positive experience.

Every session she would bring a positive energy that would make a phone call feel like an in-person therapy session. Gale is smart and very efficient. She knows when I am pitying myself and knows how to help me pull my bootstraps up. She really does mean it when she says you will come away every session with a goal in place.
