Emily and I had a great connection right off the bat which helped make an easy session. She understood and also gave great feedback that is super helpful even after our session is over. Highly recommend!

Emily is amazing. I am not the easiest client, but I finally feel understood in way previous therapists fell short. She offered therapy in the way I received it best at the time and through the issues I was dealing with. I am very happy to be heard, understood, and receive the feedback I needed. She is honest, realistic, and understanding and I hope everyone can experience this kind of therapy.

I have only had two sessions with Emily. I feel that she created space for me to explore my goals at my own pace. She listens without judgement. She has been clear about her approach to mental health. It feels that it is a good match for me.
