Emily is a perfect fit for me, what I need , and is all around a great person. She's the best therapist I've had my whole life. She couldn't be a better fit for my personality. I love that she challenges me and my assumptions. Which is what I need. She doesn't just listen. She's genuinely cares, listens , supports , understands, and helps me see things from outside my own head and poin of view.

Emily is a rockstar and very easy to talk to, I really like the challenges that she sends, they feel really on topic with the things we talk about. She keeps a messages open for in between sessions if you need to get in touch with her. The sessions have been very light and enjoyable even when everything else feels heavy.
