Hi there, I'm Emily (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. My approach to therapy is that the client is the expert in their life, so the client drives the treatment. I believe in utilizing the client's strengths to make changes. Emily has blown away all expectations that i had going into therapy. I was new to the process and still somewhat skeptical but she has already helped me more than i can explain here. I'm understanding some of the root causes of some problems i was having and starting to see other unhealthy habbits that i had formed and developing myself in a way to better respond.
