Emily has been nothing, but supportive and empathetic. She is direct in her feedback and guidance and I like how she hold me accountable with what I need to work on. She is highly professional and yet, makes you feel like she is a friend. I am so happy I joined better help and even more happy that Emily is my therapist.

I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about Emily. I have done therapy at various points throughout my life, but I have never experienced the growth and self realizations that have come from my work with Emily. From our very first session, she made it clear that she is ready to work on anything that I am ready to work on, and that she will always be honest and direct but simultaneously empathetic and loving. She gives me the space to be completely honest with myself and then equipped me with the tools to work on the things that I would like to change. She has allowed me to see things about myself that were very much holding me back that no other therapist has enabled me to see. She knows how to laugh and smile when you need to laugh and smile. But she also knows how to be very direct and very honest when you aren’t being honest with yourself. If you are at a point where you truly want to do the work and truly want to change, Emily is someone that will absolutely roll up her sleeves and dig in with you. My life has absolutely changed because of my work with her. I cannot say enough good things and would recommend her to everyone.

Having a therapist that I connect with and get very good attention from, who listens and cares is a huge win for me. I have suggested better help to several people.
