I really enjoy my sessions with Emma, I feel she listens and pushes me to think in way that are not normal for me which allow me to improve myself and my relationships with people and habits I have. She’s so funny too which makes it easier for me to talk to her as I find her ways of thinking similar to mine. I can only thank her so much for all she has helped me with so far.

Therapy with Emma is honestly a game changer for me. I’ve been looking for a therapist who fit my style of communication and growth for a long time. Emma has a great ability to talk to you like a friend making you feel safe and secure in the environment but also giving great techniques and reaffirming support. I always look forward to my sessions with Emma, she gives the best reassurance and really makes me feel heard and seen. She’s the best therapist I’ve ever had and I recommend her very strongly
