Emma is a very kind therapist who brings a great level of humanity to my therapy, I've never related so well with a therapist as I do with Emma. She makes a great effort to understand and encourage and I always feel like I've gotten something out of the sessions! She feels like a very genuine person and has a passion for helping people and I can feel that in our conversation which has really helped to establish trust for me. Thank you Emma!

Only two sessions in, and Emma has made more connections with and impact on my daily life than any therapist I have worked with. She has such a natural way of getting you to do the "finding out" yourself, and offers great advice that is accessible and achievable.

Emma is an amazing therapist. She has truly been a life saver during this time when I needed support. I am still working with her, but I am already improving my anxiety and depression. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of someone to listen and help them reframe thoughts. It was also quick and easy to get connected with her. Please reach out to her if you are struggling!

She's sweet and very understanding. I've only had three sessions so far. I'm sure I'll have more to say as my therapy with her progresses.
