About me

I have been in the helping profession for over 20 years. I have worked throughout the years with a wide variety of clients across the life span. I approach clients with an open mind, encouraging them to set their goals and determine the best therapy to help them resolve their problems and issues. I am solution-focused, always asking, "what do you want or need to be the most whole person you can be? How can I help?" Clients have told me they most appreciate that I listen, do not judge, and provide an empathetic ear. I utilize a variety of techniques to help a client on their journey, but have found the specific intervention is often less important than the emotional support given. I find clients often have the answer to their issues, but they need help recognizing that answer. Change is hard, but it can be accomplished with faith and hope there is a better place at the end of the therapeutic road. Know also that I almost always can accommodate days and times that work for you. So, if you are looking over my schedule and don't find a good appointment slot, write and let me know! We will work something out and that is not at all a problem. I usually respond within 24 hours of a message. In the meantime, take care and hopefully we will be able to chat soon!

She is awesome, she listens, shes interrupts, and doesn't cater to what you'd like to hear, but instead gives you difficult truths.
