About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, substance use, codependency, relationship and communication issues. I have also worked with clients who have experience physical and emotional trauma.

I believe that in counseling the most important thing is to see the person, not the issue they come in seeking assistance for. I work to meet you where you are and help you see within yourself the strength to make the change you are wanting. My approach is all about creating the best atmosphere for you to feel safe to open up about your concerns. I believe in working from a non-judgmental approach making sure to remove all labels and stigma surrounding therapy. I use a mix of treatment styles from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and person-centered therapy. My goal is to help you by tailoring your treatment plan and our conversations toward your ultimate goal.

It will be my privilege to assist you in your healing journey, knowing the courage and strength that you already have exhibited by seeking treatment. If you are ready to take the next steps I am looking forward to our meeting.

Enchelle has made me comfortable with therapy after a several year break. I feel like they are knowledgeable in a lot of different areas and work to help people hear themselves and see themselves better. There willingness to see you improve is unmatched in my experience.

Enchelle' is very personable and helped me feel at ease during my first ever session! She listened, and validated my feelings as a new mom, and gave me grounding techniques to help center myself during moments of anxiety. I am so grateful for her guidance during this time!

Enchelle' has helped me work through a hardship that has been with me since my childhood. I never knew how to tackle it until I've talked about it with her. She's opened my eyes on several topics while listening to all of my thoughts and helping me process my emotions. I am very glad I met Enchelle' through this program.

Enchelle' has a magical way of giving you an outside perspective on things you didn't even realize could be affecting you. Once you know, there's no going back to old unhealthy behavior cycles and you start to feel completely secure in yourself.
