About me

I firmly believe that therapy is a healing process and also a process of growth. I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment where adults, teens, and children can come and share their hopes, goals, and feelings. For adults I can offer key solutions to present concerns and comfort for past hurts. A book I once read stated: Therapy is a gift for both patient and therapist. Let us begin this journey together. I have assisted men and women with Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. I am passionate about assisting individuals struggling with addiction find healing. I also am passionate about assisting individuals struggling with their sexual orientation.
I work well with children of all ages and I combine a holistic approach to therapy. I also have a masters in Theology and can assist individuals with religious issues they may have. I have assisted men and women struggling with issues of sexual abuse and sexual assault.

Haven’t been working with Eric very long but so far he’s been really awesome and helpful. Very caring person and shares his own experiences, making you feel more at ease. Very professional and provides me with great information to read between sessions.

Eric is the first therapist I've felt safe enough with to fully open up to. His understanding of my identity, and his manner is compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful. I look forward to our meetings every week, and the worksheets he provides me make me really explore myself outside of our sessions, so it's like a continuous session all week.

I have seen many many many therapists and have always found myself not feeling understood or that it was too clinical or just awkward/tense.

This guy is on a whole different level to the rest and just goes above and beyond. He is so invested in his clients and provides a safe, relaxed environment where I have felt free to discuss anything and everything without any fear of judgement. Eric is so real and down to earth and has actually graduated from the school of life! He doesn’t beat around the bush and gets stuck in, and if your looking prepared to do the work then he is going to right beside you all the way to the finishing line. He is an inspiring human being and his dedicated and determined energy alone will get you motivated and know that change is possible.

Seems like a good guy. Very relatable, especially for neurodivergent people. He provides a lot of helpful resources.
