I firmly believe that therapy is a healing process and also a process of growth. I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment where adults, teens, and children can come and share their hopes, goals, and feelings. For adults I can offer key solutions to present concerns and comfort for past hurts. A book I once read stated: Therapy is a gift for both patient and therapist. Let us begin this journey together. I have assisted men and women with Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. I am passionate about assisting individuals struggling with addiction find healing. I also am passionate about assisting individuals struggling with their sexual orientation.
I work well with children of all ages and I combine a holistic approach to therapy. I also have a masters in Theology and can assist individuals with religious issues they may have. I have assisted men and women struggling with issues of sexual abuse and sexual assault.

Eric is a true listener and a passionate individual that has an incredible acumen for communication and helping me through my issues throughout the past year. I went through many therapists, including in person ones, but Eric was the one that truly clicked.

I had a tall order when looking for a therapist: someone who had experience counseling on schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, addiction including crystal meth, homelessness, child sexual abuse, single parenting, depression, anxiety and multiple traumas. Eric ticked all the boxes, and in our first session went right to work with helping to identify and clarify my challenges, offering empathy and understanding, and suggesting steps to take in order to heal, grow stronger and move forward.. Eric 'listens' you and even understand when one fails to express the trauma in to many words. Each individual has a different experience to share and different ways to deal with it. He helps to deal with your stress/anxiety/issues at your pace. Does not rush to conclusions and challenges you to continuosly improve and move past the invisible barriers that one has created around him. He dives deep into your view of looking at things and reasons for it thereby helping you verbalise and emote what you would not dare to say to anyone.

This was my first experience seeking counseling. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially online counseling. Eric was the first counselor I matched with. He is an excellent counselor. Eric is easy to talk to, I don't feel judged and I feel safe to express myself. He provides books, resources and worksheets that pertain to the issues we discuss during my sessions. I feel optimistic about the progress I have made and will continue to make while I continue my counseling with Eric.
