I’ve been working in the MH field since 2015, but I have 10+ years of experience via school and volunteer work. I've worked with adults, adolescents, children, and families. My treatment approach is a mixture of Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I've worked in community and hospital settings. Also, I worked at a YDC. My motto is no one is able to help you, until you recognize you have a problem and you're ready to receive the help. I take pride into helping others. I try my best to provide assistance and resources with whatever the problem is, but I also want to know what the person is capable of and the effort they are willing to put in.
