She's great

Erica is a very thoughtful therapist, who has helped me with stress, anxiety, and my problems with focusing (potential ADHD). She’s a great listener, and has helped me develop real strategies to cope with those three issues. Highly recommend.

I've only had one session with Erica Gilliam and she is wonderful. I unpacked a lot of baggage and it felt good to talk to someone who listened attentively and who really empathize and wasn't going through the motions. She really cares.

After starting services with Erica, I have learned ways to manage my anxiety and to better express myself. She is able to put herself in my shoes and identify with my struggles without making me feel judged or like I’m doing something wrong. I love my time with her!

Erica is incredible — she’s helped me make meaning out of and create order in my chaotic thoughts, and I always leave our sessions feeling 1000x lighter. Could not recommend her more!
