Down to Earth. She's as much a philosopher as she is a therapist and relates to you through her own struggles and approaches in life. The real deal.

Erica is a realistic human who has tons of experience in many sectors. I appreciate that I can have a comfortable conversation with someone close to my own age and understands what’s really going on around us and in the world today. She is amazing.

Erica is, by far, the most well-informed, realistic, and progressive of therapists. She uses applicable life experiences and her own expansive knowledgebase to guide me in my own personal, professional, social, and spiritual growth. I leave each session feeling like I've learned something knew, and her effortless compassion and connection helps me more than I ever thought weekly therapy could provide. Each week, I look forward to our meetings, as conversation is natural. Erica also makes sure to challenge my own perspectives in ways that help me make find peace with myself and the world around me.

Erica keeps changing my life. I thought I knew what I needed from therapy, but instead I was introduced to a world foreign to me. We dove head first and now I am learning to live anew. What I'm gaining is more then a way to cope with ongoing issues. I am gaining something that will benefit me for the rest of my life. Nothing is worth more then looking forward to tomorrow and I look forward to tomorrow!
