About me

You have done enough! It is time to "be". I have coined it "Be Me" Time. Being is an allowing of self- nurture. Being is stillness. Being is thinking and feeling the ache, instead of avoiding it. I know it is scary, yet I am your cheerleader, who encourages you to explore your resources to ease the hurt. I will hold your hand when you learn your worth and your whole life is turned upside down. You can have a reality where you are the Superhero that first saves and celebrates yourself. It is time to stop the self-abuse. You deserve a life of lavish beauty and connection as you effortlessly "be" you.

I am an Integrative Therapist and Business Coach in Escape and Execution. We investigate all the components of your life, which include physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and professional life. The goal is to integrate these components, build your social support system, and bring together all partners to hold you accountable to being the best version of yourself.

I use Person Centered therapy as the core of our work. Then, I splash Integrative Therapy (utilization of all therapy types based on the individual) into our work. I am specialized in Trauma-Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person/ Child-Centered Play, and Expressive Arts Therapy. You deserve the best.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Erica Kesse. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Erica is a TOP PICK if you are a procrastinator as myself. She is able to comfortably get me to commit, own, and address this about myself and own it as a part of who I am.
She’s taught me that it’s okay to be my genuine self, and learn new methods of making my procrastination work for me, rather than allowing procrastination to limit me. None of us are perfect, but with the right tools and sometimes Erica’s feisty personality (which I LOVE and NEED), she has been able to build me up, restore my self-esteem, and erase the guilt I have put on myself my entire life.
If you need an upbeat cheerleader in your corner who doesn’t sugar-coat the truth, kicks your butt into gear, and celebrates the small and large successes…Erica is the way to go!

Erica has made me feel so safe and secure throughout my therapy journey. She has always come from a perspective of helping ensure I get what I need and I appreciate that while also keeping it real and honest with me. She has been such a light in the dark times and struggles I have been having. I really thankful that she does the work she does and that she's going it with me :)

Erica is wonderful. She listens and offers me the tools I need to successfully overcome any issues I’m having. She has a way with words and I feel like she’s known me for much longer than she actually has. I’m so thankful to have found her.

Overall very pleased with Erica. She has learned where my lines in terms of what I'm comfortable doing to make changes are, and where to push and where to let me stay.
