I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with others to help them live their best lives for over 9 years. Life is full of twists and turns and certainly can throw its fair share of curveballs. However, I believe every individual innately has a certain set of qualities and strengths that can help them reach their goals - sometimes they may just need a little help to get where they want to be. That's where I can come in. I have worked specifically with children and families for the last 9+ years, but have had a variety experience working with all types of issues, concerns, and obstacles.
When considering my therapeutic approach, I like to be empathetic as well as realistic while working under a solutions-focused treatment style. All that means is I want to help you get where you want to be by listening and understanding as well as being practical and problem solving.

My time with Erica has been such an eye opening experience, her understanding, patience and wisdom have really added a much needed perspective that has helped me understand myself more and be at peace with my growth in life.
Through any situation that may arise she has been there to calm, guide and teach me healthy ways to problem solve and ground myself. I honestly could rave on about her, but just know that getting a chance to work with her is such a comfortable and kind environment. She brings such a realistic and easy going perspective. No judgement or pressure to do things you aren't comfortable with. She actually is so good about making you become comfortable with creating realistic and easy plans and putting your life plans into action as well as for your big or small goals you aspire to achieve. She always pays attention and takes notes and asks you how you're doing throughout the week. If there's ever a situation where you need to walk through something and need help making sense of it, she's amazing at being there for you and allowing you to express yourself while walking you through things.
She's honestly such a great and kind person. I'm REALLY thankful I get the chance to work with her!

Erika is incredible!! So respectful and insightful. She really listens and would even refer back (And tie in) small comments I’d made months back. She is a phenomenal resource and counselor. Could not recommend her enough.

In the short time Erica has been supporting me, core areas in my life have greatly improved: love languages with my family, understating negative thought and how to rationalize them, and she has also helped me become aware that I need to take better care of myself - self care is key if I want to be the best version of me.
