About Me

As a licensed clinical social worker for over 15 years, my interactions with clients have been the most rewarding. From children to adolescents to teens to adults, I have addressed numerous life issues, including mental health, abuse, neglect, trauma, and offending behaviors. I have also worked with military families around a variety of stressors. I honor, respect and appreciate the fact that clients allow me into their lives and strive to build and maintain healthy and strong relationships.

Erica has been so incredible. I have always avoided therapy, or have stopped seeing my therapists after a short amount of time. Erica is extremely patient, understanding, and encouraging. She has changed my life for the better.

Erica has been extremely helpful working with me on anxiety, self-esteem, disordered eating, and family issues over the past couple weeks. She is a very patient listener, offers thoughtful advice, and engages with me through chat, video meetings, and worksheets with feedback. She response promptly and often too. I feel like each time we talk, she equips me with new practical tools I can immediately start using to improve my self-efficacy responding to anxiety. I feel more empowered and hopeful about managing my anxiety. I really like how she gives advice and strategies that can apply to a wide variety of situations, so it does not get too complicated or tedious to practice what we discuss. I highly recommend Erica!

I've enjoyed my experience with BetterHelp and would recommend it to friends. It is a different platform than I'm used to, but it works for my schedule and the feedback I've gotten has been very helpful. I intend to keep using it for sure!
