Erica Smith has truly changed my life! She’s so caring, straight to the point, and always open to talk. She remembers little details and makes me feel so heard. Truly the most compassionate, kind, empowering therapist ever!

Erica is so easy to talk with, it makes therapy easy. She listens, asks question and never rushes me, even when my thoughts are scattered. I am very glad to have met her

Erica is an incredible therapist. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and supported. As this was my first experience with therapy, her approach helped me feel at ease and confident in the process. I’m very thankful for the care and insight she provided.

She’s been the best therapist on BetterHelp I’ve had to date. She genuinely seems to care & remembers what you tell her. She listens with intent and checks-in. She holds you accountable without making her patients feel shamed. She’s what I’ve been waiting for & needing in therapy. Grateful for her!

A lot of techniques she told help me greatly calm down my anxiety. A lot of progress in only three short weeks I can't say it works for everybody but for me It's helping greatly. Patient understanding, willing to challenge me, transparent and give me a different perspective than I'm used to.

I enjoy working with Erica. She is respectful and kind and challenges me to be more and do more. I am calm and relaxed after talking with her. I get excited to go to sessions each week and it doesn't feel like an obligation or "something " to check off my to do list.
