A lot of techniques she told help me greatly calm down my anxiety. A lot of progress in only three short weeks I can't say it works for everybody but for me It's helping greatly. Patient understanding, willing to challenge me, transparent and give me a different perspective than I'm used to.

I enjoy working with Erica. She is respectful and kind and challenges me to be more and do more. I am calm and relaxed after talking with her. I get excited to go to sessions each week and it doesn't feel like an obligation or "something " to check off my to do list.
