I am someone who was very apprehensive about therapy and she has made the experience wonderfully easy.

Working with Erika for over a year has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. When I first came to her, I was carrying pain, fear, and confusion that felt impossible to untangle. Through our sessions, Erika has helped me not only process and release so much of that emotional weight, but also rediscover my inner strength, voice, and sense of self.

Her empathy, patience, and wisdom have been a constant source of support. Erika creates a space where I feel safe to be vulnerable, explore difficult emotions, and confront my past without shame. She listens without judgment and guides without pressure. I’ve learned tools that have helped me manage my anxiety, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild self-trust.

The progress I’ve made in this past year with her is remarkable. I am no longer stuck in the same patterns that once held me back. I feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to the life I want to create. Erika has been a key part of that journey, and I will always be grateful for her dedication and care.
